Came by 20 min before they opened and was told they opened at 5am by the employee. Came back a couple minutes before 5 and she was just standing there talking to another employee. Waited 5 minutes past and she still would not open the kiosk. She told another lady that questioned why they weren't open that "I'm coming" very rudely. My flight was boarding but as of 5:10am they were ot open. There should be a fine since this is located inside the airport terminal...

Lady at the register was completely unenthused and lethargic at best. Claimed my app was not working and unable to take payment but my girlfriend went through the line with my same phone and app a few seconds later to which it worked without fail. After paying for my strawberry açaí refresher and got my receipt, I was then told there were no strawberries for the drink with no option for a refund or change of order. Very unpleasant experience overall. Location was terminal B avoid at all costs.

I’ve never had great service at this location, but today was the worse yet. I was the only one waiting and ordered 2 fraps and an iced latte. Only after it was paid for and she was almost done making it did she inform me they had no whipped cream. No apology, nothing, just we have have no whipped cream for the Frappuccino’s. She could not have been more rude or cared any less. When a couple of people came in line while she was making them she tried to get them to the other location so she didn’t have to work more I guess. This location is a horrible representation of the company.

They are supposed to be open but said they had things to do first. The line has waited over 30 minutes and they dont even acknowledge your existence. Both of these fools should be fired and barred from working in any customer facing or service based industry for life. Bottom line they suck. Really really bad.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff were rude and were chatting instead of working. They poorly handled orders and failed to get them in correctly. I understand that it's difficult to work in an airport, but if they couldn't handle it they shouldn't have taken the job or even opened a Starbucks here.
